I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist, RTT Practitioner, NLP Life Coach, and trauma-informed guide. I've been working with people over 40 for years — helping them move through the weight of things that haven't shifted yet.
But I'm also a writer. My books carry the same honest, grounded thread as my sessions — written for anyone who has read everything and still feels stuck. I paint. I make music. All of it comes from the same place: a belief that your whole self deserves space.
I'm based on the Garden Route in South Africa, and I work with people from all over the world — online, one-to-one, and in small groups. If something here resonates, I'd love to connect.
