I help women and men over 40 rebuild their lives after emotional upheaval, loss, trauma, or financial fear. Not by pushing harder or fixing what's broken — by finding the root of what's holding them in place, and addressing it there.
My work is rooted in the belief that change does not require force. Healing can happen gently, steadily, in a way that feels safe for your nervous system. I know this because I've lived it, not just studied it. I've carried shame I didn't earn, stayed quiet when I should have spoken, and spent years holding everything together for everyone else while quietly losing myself. That's not a case study. That's my life. And it's why I understand what the people I work with are actually living.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), NLP Life Coach, and trauma-informed guide, I blend practical tools with deep emotional support. I help people reconnect with themselves, reclaim their voice, and move forward with clarity — at their own pace.
I'm also a writer, artist, and musician. All of it comes from the same place: a belief that your whole self deserves space. I'm based in Keurboomstrand, Plettenberg Bay on the Garden Route, and I work with people from all over the world — online, one-to-one, and in small groups.
Healing doesn't have to be hard. Gentle, steady progress is real progress — and it tends to last longer than anything pushed into place.
There is no version of yourself you need to perform here. We start from where you actually are — not where you think you should be.
This work comes from forty years of personal truth, not just professional training. That difference matters — and you'll feel it.
My coaching practice is one expression of something larger. I write, paint, and make music — all from the same thread that runs through everything: honest, grounded, rooted in real life.
Two published books written for anyone who has read everything and still feels stuck. Honest, trauma-informed, written from the inside out.
Visual art rooted in the Garden Route — colour, texture, and the quiet of the coast. Available on request.
Music as a form of expression and release. Another way of saying what prose sometimes can't reach.
Fifteen minutes. No commitment on either side. Just two people talking about where you are and where you want to be.
